Responsible to close escalation received from RBI Sharing RCA with central team for escalations Follow-up with internal stake holder to fix the issue identified in escalation (If any) Keeping track of all escalation and Responsible for attending RBI meeting & representing bank Managing CGO’s Responsible for closing cases with-in TAT raised by CGO’s Keeping track of CGO wise SR’s raised Responsible for timely submission of team PJP plan  Keeping track of all critical activities like freeze removal for audit purpose Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines Follow and cascade regular updates from Legal, Compliance, Risk and Infosec   Must monitor data security arrangements
