Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms required.

Location: Milton, ON

Registration is required to secure an interview. Only those contacted by an HR Representative and provided with an interview time will be provided with the location information and permitted entry.

Customer Service Representative

Pay: From $28 to $32 per hour

Hours: Various in-office shifts available

Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French)

Pay: From $32 to $36 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.

Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.

Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
