Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading **Medical device** organization in the **North Chicago, IL** for a **Customer Service II – Bilingual** role to assist their team. This is an on-site role. **Industry:** **Medical device** **Job Title** : Customer Service II – Bilingual **Pay Rate:** $20-23/hr on W2 **Location:** North Chicago, IL (100% onsite) **Contract:** Contract 3-4 months but extends longer No guarantee this will lead to an FT role-in the past it has led to FTE **Hours:** 10:30 AM – 7PM Monday- Friday- Training and regular shift 3-4 weeks of training before working independently **Interview process:** video (Teams) then there is a written test for Spanish/French **Job Description** Bilingual- 1st language speaker English/Spanish/French- must be bilingual proficiency in reading and writing- English/Spanish/French. Assist HR related Chat functions, phone calls & emails Process in system- ex: switching managers in Workday or promotions HIPPA training data privacy High volume- peak time is January through April 13-14 calls a day 10 – 15 minutes in length Microsoft office Suite, Workday, Excel, Zendesk a plus, typing efficiency 40 words a minute Receptionist BG acceptable Repetitive work Must enjoy working in Customer Service Prefer HR background plus- Level of sensitivity Most calls are from Mexico, Latin American ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
