Customer Service II (Indirect)-Contingent Worker
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a **Customer Service Representative** job opportunity located in Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 zip code. **Pay Rate: $** **23.62/HR** **Length: 11 Months** **Shift: Mon – Fri 7:30am – 4pm** **Job Summary:** + Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing VBI’s Oracle system and customer purchase orders. + Knowledgeable and able to process Commercial, International and Transit & Bus/Relay orders. + Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments. + Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem and most appropriate solution; following up to ensure resolution. + Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or equivalent + Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years + Experience with Customer communications by phone and email + Work with an ERP system preferably Oracle + Able to use Word, Outlook, and Excel + Ability to multitask and provide gold standard customer service support. + Other duties may be assigned. **Pay Details:** $23.62 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
