THIS CAN BE 100% REMOTE!

Responsibilities: 

Handle inbound and outbound Client callsProviding excellent customer serviceProcessing Intake on all referrals received - State Funded/Medicaid and Private payFollowing up on Pending itemsData Entry- client information as needed into different portalsSupport to other team members when/where is neededScanning documentsCommunicating any delays in deadlines with the Service ManagerMaintain confidentiality of all information with the Business officePerform other duties assigned by the Service Manager

Qualifications:

High School diploma and/or GEDRequires 1-3 years’ experience in call center and/or customer service-related positionWorking Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and OutlookStrong verbal and written communication skills
