The Role:

Join Ecolab’s Contact Centre in Barcelona and become part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, multi-national environment. As a Customer Service Intern, use your high energy and social skills to partner with our customers to help them achieve maximum benefit from Ecolab products.  Along with customers, you will also interact with almost all facets of the company: Procurement, Planning, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, etc.  As a team, we strive to exceed our objectives to help drive greater customer satisfaction.   

What you will do:

Manage inbound/outbound calls, with a can-do attitude. Maintain working knowledge of products, accounts, and orders. Complete a call on screen accurately while speaking with the customer. Process orders, complaints, fulfill literature requests, and supply other information to our customers.

What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree completed or in process. Must possess solid problem solving & interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook) Highly dependable team player Ability to prioritize workload and complete responsibilities on-time. 

 Preferred Qualifications: 

Ability to accurately type a minimum of 25 words per minute. Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Contact Centre software. Fluent Spanish, Intermediate spoken English (or higher) SAP knowledge
