Customer Service Lead

Chewy is looking for a Vet Services Pharmacy Tech Lead who is a high performing team member, with a track record of positivity with passion around building engaging, focused Team Members to join our amazing Veterinary Service team at a licensed pharmacy in Pittston, PA! The right candidate will have the ability to improve culture and morale while providing customer service efficiency through thoughtful process improvement. What You'll Do:

Develop and mentor Pharmacy Technicians to help build a successful team that delivers an outstanding customer experience, acting as a mentor to 15+ Team Members dailyAnalyze team performance to drive improvement in workflow and production allocations, while also handling time management of Pharmacy TechniciansAudit Pharmacy processes and deliver mentorship and development to ensure quality and performance standards are maintainedIdentify training gaps and partner with managers and site leadership to provide ongoing development plans for Team MembersMonitor attendance reports on a daily and weekly basis to ensure Team Members are being held to the same attendance standards, and deliver feedback to leadershipMonitor system reporting and communicate issues as needed

What You'll Need

1+ years in a leadership role preferred (Customer Service, Operations, and/or Healthcare leadership preferred)Flexible shift availability—We need candidates who can work weekends and any of the shifts we offerProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteMaintain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy where appropriateProven mentor and coaching skills that can impact both front-line Team Members and leadershipAbility to build rapport with Team Members along with confidence in alleviating critical issues from Team MembersOutstanding oral and written communication skillsThe capability to multi-task and prioritize daily work for teamExcellent attendance record and must maintain at same level throughout the yearNo current corrective actions for behavior/performanceReliable transportation is a must
