Who we are looking for:

 

The Customer Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing quality care, customer service, employee performance, and overall customer satisfaction for our valued clients.

 

Dual location role CSM will spend 3 days in office located in long term care facility (zip code:30350) and 2 days in Atlanta All Ways Caring office (zip code:30345). Locations are 20 mins apart.

What you will do:

 

Customer Service Managers play a key role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes.

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Oversee quality care and overall client satisfaction Supervise and provide guidance to the Caregivers who provide direct care to the clients servedManage employee scheduling, identify problem situations, and implement proactive solutions Maintain strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clientsEnsure proper documentation and record-keepingConduct periodic home visits and safety checks Qualifications

What you will need:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Nursing, Social Services, or related field of study preferred (per regulatory requirements)Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgementValid driver’s license and auto insuranceEffective verbal and written communicationExcellent customer service skills About our Line of Business
