Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our Trevor, WI area client's team. This role involves overseeing the customer service operations within the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service while implementing strategies for improved customer service. This is a key role within our organization that directly impacts customer satisfaction and our company's reputation.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain department objectives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales support and account support functions within the department.
• Handle various customer service activities, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and data.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary.
• Oversee order entry processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage customer quotes and pricing arrangements, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
• Implement and manage contract pricing agreements with customers.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a customer service management role
• Strong knowledge and understanding of CRM systems
• Proficiency in handling customer service operations, including order entry and customer quotes
• Experience in managing customer pricing and contract pricing
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, but open to relevant experience
