As a Service Manager, you're responsible and accountable for Outage Plan, Execution, Close-out and Financials management. You're to be ready to forecast and plan for expenditure on each project. You're to collaborate with other functional team to ensure each planning is executed at global standard.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
Acting as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned region, product, or coverage area.
Being responsible for knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, their associated configuration installations, and represents the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the customer.
Establishing and maintaining contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area.
Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches.
Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor / Diploma degree with at least 10 years of experience as Directional Driller / LWD Engineer.
Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as Project Manager / Service Delivery Coordinator.
Have 3+ years offshore experience
Have 2+ years experience in Floater / Deepwater rig - IWCF certified.
Have HUET + Survival Training certified
Show strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Have ability to influence others and lead teams.
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
