Customer Service Manager (Entry Level)

Mela Group has a couple of positions opening for our Entry Level Customer Service Manager role. We are a direct marketing consulting firm located in Long Beach. We work with Fortune 500 clients, such as T-Mobile. We are looking for dedicated, committed, and goal-driven individuals to join our Customer Service Manager team!

Description:

We help our clients with their sales and marketing. We are looking to hire individuals for our Entry-Level Customer Service Manager role who are willing to learn basic sales and backend business to provide support for the team and our customers.

Qualifications:

Entry-level experience. Self-motivated, can work in a team and independently without supervision.Goal-driven. Growth is MANDATORY in our company culture. We seek individuals who are willing to learn and apply knowledge.People person. We are looking for individuals who love to help and support other people.Be able to handle a fast-paced environment and high pressure. 

Customer Service Manager Responsibilities Include:

Communicate directly with members of our client customer base daily, with the focus being on establishing lasting relationships in personBecoming an expert on our client and all client product knowledge to be able to answer any customer questions and ease concernsLearning how to complete sales for select customers and doing so when necessaryAttend daily team meetings where goals and expectations are discussedCommunicate daily with supervisors and managers on the progress of each day, including struggles, successes, and anything needed from them for supportMaintain all client compliance and CDC guidelines when interacting with customers, clients, and team members

This is an on-site, NOT a remote position. We do require candidates to come to the office every day.
