Als Customer Service Medewerker bij Avantor ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties door uitstekende service te leveren en te zorgen voor een vlotte afhandeling van klantvragen en -orders. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat de klanttevredenheid hoog blijft.

Wat we zoeken:Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of administratieve richting.Ervaring in een klantenservice of vergelijkbare functie is een pré.Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.Klantgerichte en probleemoplossende instelling.Zelfstandig, georganiseerd en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen.Ervaring met Microsoft Office en CRM-systemen is een plus.

Hoe je zult groeien en impact zult hebben:Beheren van klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail en chat.Verwerken van klantbestellingen en het opvolgen van leveringen.Oplossen van problemen en klachten van klanten op een professionele en klantgerichte manier.Verstrekken van productinformatie en advies aan klanten.Samenwerken met interne teams zoals verkoop, logistiek en productie om klantbehoeften te vervullen.Bijdragen aan het verbeteren van klanttevredenheid en procesoptimalisatie.
