Answer and direct incoming phone callsManage designers appointment calendarsGreet visitors and provide assistanceDeliver administrative support for office staff, sales team and production/installation departmentGeneral office duties and working knowledge of computersCustomer oriented, friendly and enthusiasticReliable, punctual with good work ethicStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong personal organization skills
