Customer Service/Office Representative

Job Responsibilities:

The position will provide excellent customer service for our customers that will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and updates to client files. This is a busy home design office and attention to detail is an important part of this position.

 

Specific Duties Include:

Answer customer inquiries on the telephone and by email. Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and communication with customers as well as internal departments. Schedule services and coordinate schedules with the Install Department Update file with all customer interactions recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as resolutions. Follow up to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.

 

Job Requirements:

Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office Previous customer service experience in an office setting Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written). Proper phone etiquette Prior exposure to and use of Customer Relations Management Software

 

Previous customer service experience with a home improvement company is a Plus!
