Customer Service / Office Representative
Customer Service/Office Representative Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. Job Responsibilities: The position will provide excellent customer service for our customers that will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and updates to client files. This is a busy home design office and attention to detail is an important part of this position.   Specific Duties Include: * Answer customer inquiries on the telephone and by email. * Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and communication with customers as well as internal departments. * Schedule services and coordinate schedules with the Install Department * Update file with all customer interactions recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as resolutions. * Follow up to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.   Job Requirements: * Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office * Previous customer service experience in an office setting * Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written). * Proper phone etiquette * Prior exposure to and use of Customer Relations Management Software   Previous customer service experience with a home improvement company is a Plus!   Benefits: * A professional business casual work environment * 401(k) with a match * Your choice of 4 Health Insurance Plans * Additional Insurance options including Dental, Vision, Life, & Long-Term Care * Paid Holidays and PTO * Employee discount with various vendors through our partner program including cellphones       We are an equal opportunity employer
