Starting in January 2025!!   Customer Services Operator - Adelaide

BGIS is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Services Operator to join our team in Adelaide. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing exceptional service. As a Customer Services Operator, you’ll be responsible for supporting our clients and field teams through a range of service requests and queries.

Shift Options:

Night Shift: 4 days on, 4 days off, 10-hour shifts Day Shift Rotation: 16 weekend shifts and 10 evening shifts per month

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently Log and manage service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion Communicate with field staff, contractors, and other departments as necessary Maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude to enhance the customer experience Accurately document and report any issues or patterns in service requests

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
