About the Role:

Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent informationAbility to communicate clearly and manage customers' feedbackOrganized and able to multi-task in fast paced environmentMaintain good service deliveryAny other ad-hoc duties as assigned

About the Work Week:

5 days work week, includes weekend8-hour rotation shifts

About You:

Preferably N' levels or equivalentPrior experience in Contact Centre environment will be an advantageAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment
