Activities

The Customer Service Officier is responsible for the management of daily operations in the Customer Service. The Customer Service Officier works close together with 2 Sales Representatives. In general he/she is the interface for the different services within the organization and will specialized for commercial and marketing topics.
Size of portfolio of sales representatives : 250 customers 

 

You are in charge of ..  

 

Customers : 

Respond on requests and claims from customers. (telephone 15#/day, mail 20#/day)Contracts & files : check, input, rebates & additional services contracts like Eurovat, Passango, Ecotax,….Marketing actions decided by the Benelux Country ManagerAdministration on « dépassement clients » and « retour Passango », Order of new customer cards and toll.Follow-up portfolio of customers Help - train the customers to use xnet

 

General administration : 

Mails (post) and the e-mails to customers.service-be@as24.comSales support for the sales representativesReporting activitiesBack-up of colleagues (customer service, sales officer)

 

Network : 

Administrative help to Technical Manager.Manual acceptance authorization.Follow up of fraud cases in stations.Resolve cards, tolls issues at distance
