Purpose of Position:
To supporting the delivery of ISO 13485 and other Medical Device certification services to BSI clients by collaborate with internal stakeholders and Global Technical Team. To support clients for their smooth certificate process.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
To Manage/Support medical device regulation’s audit planning and maintain its certificates:Processing of applications (in SAP)Drafting and issuing certificatesSuspending/cancelling certificatesInvoicingManaging and processing internal workflowsTo support process improvement projectsTo action reports issued by Delivery team, Commercial team and Finance teamSupport other teams’ client service co-ordinators as requiredSupport local Medical Device scheme in Asia Pacific countriesTo maintain local government requirement as requiredTo undertake activities according with BSI Policies, Procedures and ProtocolsTo assist technical teams with tasks related to achieving and maintaining certificationPerformance Indicators:
Client and BSI internal satisfaction indices and key performance indicatorsTask turnaround timesAccuracy of invoicing, data base maintenanceCompliance of CSC activitiesOther performance related KPIsCandidate Specification:
Excellent administration and organisation skills, with attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, internally and externally and at junior and senior levelsStrong written and verbal ability in English and KoreaAbility to plan and prioritise tasks according to importance to the client and business needsComputer literate and familiar with commonly used software tools (e.g. Windows, Excel, Word) and ability to learn BSI systems e.g. SAPStrong background with invoicing, query resolution and complaints handlingAbility to develop a basic understanding of medical device certification and production system controls relating to a defined range of conformity certification schemes within a particular technological discipline.Potential to grow with the developing business and take on wider roles and responsibilities.Flexibility and adaptability to a quickly-changing environment.Quick to pick up new skills / learn new systems or software.Team playerAbility to carry out activities in line with internal policies and procedure.Chinese native speaking & local hire.Our Excellence Behaviours: Client-centric, Agile, Collaborative.
