This role is responsible for providing top quality customer service, acting as a one-stop service across our entire product/service range.

About the Role:

Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information

Ability to communicate clearly and manage customers' feedback

Organized and able to multi-task in fast paced environment

Maintain good service delivery

Perform administrative tasks assigned

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

About the Work Week:

Work up to a maximum of 35 hours per week

Comfortable to work on Saturday and PH

About You:

• PSLE & above, or other equivalent certifications

• Commit for 3 months
