Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Coordinate and implement systems to maximize the utilization of KNX's assets while working in an assigned customers environment.

Communicate effectively and professionally with assigned customer personnel on all levels while developing positive and sold relationships to enhance growth.Must have knowledge of ISO customer service processes regardless of whether performing the functions on a daily basis or not.Assist in collecting and maintaining current customer information in the system.Work with all Swift internal departments to resolve customer or company issues when necessary.Serve as an on-site daily extension of Sales to expand business revenue by exploring all dedicated, rail, and logistics opportunities with Customers.Communicates daily with responsible Swift planning centers to ensure customer commitments are being met.Generates appropriate reports regarding service, OS&D, accessorial, etc���to assist in evaluating cost factors associated with business.Perform any other responsible related job duties as required by Customer.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

1���3 years of customer service or customer relations experience preferred.High School Diploma or equivalent required.Ability to work under stress while remaining professional at all times, be proactive and work efficiently independently with no supervision and good communication skills.


Pay Range: $18.82 - $26.37 Hourly
