Customer Service/Order Entry Clerk
Description We are offering a contract for a Customer Service/Order Entry Clerk role in the manufacturing industry, located in Neenah, Wisconsin. As a Customer Service/Order Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and responding to customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Accurately prepare quotes and order confirmations in a timely manner by calculating billing amounts • Efficiently perform data collection • Communicate with customers using written and oral skills regarding product information, order status, and shipping/delivery updates • Perform general office duties as needed, including answering phones, filing, special projects, assisting in physical inventory counts, and other duties as assigned • Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks • Efficiently handle email correspondence with customers and within the organization • Learn and adapt to new software programs as required for the role • Track inventory and ensure its accuracy. Requirements • Previous experience in a customer service or order entry role within the manufacturing industry for at least one year is required • Proven ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally • Demonstrable experience in order entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Proficiency in filing and document management, ensuring information is easily accessible and systematically organized • Experience in tracking inventory, maintaining accurate records of stock levels • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Mathematics skills, with the ability to perform calculations relevant to order processing and inventory management • Strong email correspondence skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members To learn more or to be considered for the position please give us a call at 920-666-6382.
