Description We are in search of a Customer Service/ Order Entry Specialist to join our team in Newark, New Jersey. This role is positioned within the industry and provides a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Service/ Order Entry Specialist, your core duties will revolve around handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining customer records. This role also involves monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and concerns • Execute accurate and timely processing of customer credit applications • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records • Continually monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when needed • Provide customer pricing in a timely and accurate manner • Ensure effective communication with customers primarily through email • Collaborate with other departments within the open concept office setting • Contribute positively to the team of Customer Service Representatives • Utilize order entry and call center customer service skills in daily tasks.
