Our client, a government entity is seeking a Customer Service Outreach Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Outreach Specialist, you will be part of the Outreach team providing customer service and assistance to all their existing clients. The ideal candidate will have Customer Service, positive attitude and high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Customer Service Outreach Specialist**
**Location: Jamaica, Queens**
**Pay Range: $17.25 per hour**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Conducts face-to-face outreach and enrollment services, including education on managed care options and public health programs, to clients at offices, provider sites and or community-based organizations.
+ Assists clients with the enrollment/disenrollment process.
+ Receives, sorts, and processes enrollment/transfer and disenrollment forms.
+ Reviews enrollment forms for accuracy and completeness
**What’s Needed?**
+ Computer Literacy required
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications as Excel, Power Point, and Word
+ Knowledge of the community to be served; ability to follow directions; ability to handle pressure
+ Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
+ Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
