Expectations:

Commitment to excellence. Initiative and self motivation to accomplish tasks. Ability to work a multi-line phone system. Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills. Excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team. Maintaining accurate inventory levels and record of all transfers and disposal for easy retrieval. Report shortages, overages and all inventory levels monthly for replenishment. This process ensures continued operations and avoids product or inventory shortages. Responsible for classifying, labeling and warehousing inventory for future use. Implement and follow a control system to reduce damage, breakage and inventory obsolescence. Complete physical inventory counts as required by company policy. Reconcile the inventory records for a complete and accurate count. Accountable to Raymour and Flanigan's safety procedures and guidelines. Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma One year of inventory control-related experience preferred. Analytical, critical thinking skills and attention to detail are required. Excellent customer service skills are a must!
