? Ensure the implementation of the organization’s policies, manuals, procedures, and instructions on all matters pertaining to servicing, processing, safety, and environmental protection.? Monthly Forecast planning of Revenue, order Intake and Cash.? Preparing Management Deck, for Business review meeting with country Business head.? Plotting yearly/ Quarterly milestone for various KPI to ensure FY target.? Periodical review of all opens service project to track their progress and profitability.? Reviewing cash collection progress with team leader on weekly basis.? Focus drive in region on Digitalization wrt digital contract, remote connectivity etc.? Reviewing team on contract renewal, spare business and retrofit job growth and achievement.? Implementing various strategy to accelerate business growth in install migration opportunity.? No agenda meeting with team member to understand their challenges and their mitigation.? Promoting customer first culture within the team, periodical customer meeting to build relationship with customer.? Project site visit to review site progress as well motivate field engineer for their good work.? Monitor discipline & individual performance of subordinates, periodically appraise their effort & potential, provide them opportunities for training & development, including on-the-job training in areas such as Software, Hardware etc.? Attending internal/ external QA & EHS quarterly audit and ensuring their compliance.? Controlling attrition rate within division, planning growth path for team.? Help team in escalation for all operational activities, like PR creation, Purchase order creation, goods delivery challenges, logistic hurdles, taxation issues etc.? Leading a team of Engineers? Ensuring the Revenue, billing and collection of teams.? Ensuring the complete execution of project on stipulated timeline.? Coordination with vendor and supplier for project execution.? Participating in monthly call with senior management. ? Ensuring technical support(L2) to team on CCTV, ACS, BMS and FAS.? Providing support in installation and commissioning in multiple service project.? Handling Team efficiently.? Co-ordination with different vendor for material procurement, bill processing.
