Customer Service Rep, Entry

Provide onsite and remote support to a designated group of National Accounts. The incumbent will manage and optimize the customer base buying through our portal. Will work closely with our national strategic account team and customer support to ensure seamless exchange between the company, distributors, and customers. The National Accounts Specialist will install, troubleshoot, and resolve related issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.​
 
The National Accounts Specialist will be trained and use Digital tools ensuring the defined scope of work is executed and communicated and documented to the corresponding local and National support teams.
 

Account Management – Auditing compliancy with National Account customers ensuring value, products and services offering follows compliance with agreed objectives.Insure standard Operating Procedures ie: order frequency, order push and Approved Product List (APL) are within agreed upon values.Digital Tools – Identify and document findings using digital auditing and reporting tools. Monitor Reports – review reports document and communicate all actionable items as needed.Communication – report findings from the Collison Shops to their respective sales team on a mutually agreed upon basis depending on the identified report.

 
Qualifications

Customer Service ExperienceSelf-motivated, detailed oriented and quick learner Minimum 1 + years’ experience in automotive or similar market, preferred but not required.Success Factors – Prime Success Factors (focus on results, drive change, promote teamwork, build trust & respect, understand market & customer perspective) plus the following: Build Strong Work Relationships (Internal & External); Influence Decisions & Actions; Manage Complexity.Functional/Technical Skills:Good communication skills (written & verbal).Basic Industry Knowledge is a Plus.
