This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enter orders, and dispatches to the appropriate service center.

Job Responsibilities:

Log all incoming calls Add new residents to existing LTC customer data base as necessary Follow up on delivery of requested items Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues After-hours dispatching when scheduled Hours will be 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday Heavy Lift required to do shipping and receiving Cleaning of medical equipment along with other warehouse duties Dispatch orders to driver and respiratory therapist
