Customer Service Rep (12 month contract with benefits) - Rimouski, QC

Primary Responsibilities:

Ensure the efficient processing of orders as well as answering telephone calls.Develop and maintain customer relationships.Review and apply best work practices.Focus on the sale and promotion of dry ice.Complete daily reports.Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and skills.Work closely with Territory Managers, Supervisor and Plant Manager.Confirm accurate product availability and delivery information to customers.Ensure that prices are in line with transaction prices.Use his/her knowledge to respond appropriately to each customer's needs.Provide customer service assistance to Territory Managers as required.
