The Customer Service Representative job in Portland, Maine is responsible for data processing, answering phones for inbound customer orders and other general inquiries, making phone calls to contact customers and suppliers and other auxiliary tasks such as filing and organizing. This is a full-time position, with 1st and 2nd shift availability.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
High School Graduate
1 Year of Customer Service experience
Experience with Microsoft Office software/solid computer skills required
Excellent written and verbal communication
Required Skills:
Must have strong attention to detail
Possess a positive and professional attitude
Exemplary customer service skills
Strong Typing/Data entry and computer skills are required
Customer Service Representative Details:
Schedule:
Day shift - 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
2nd Shift - Noon - 8:00pm Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $20/hr, 2nd shift offers a 10% shift differential ($22/hr)
Start Date: ASAP
