Overview **Position Summary:** **Bilingual ability to read, write and speak in Spanish is highly desirable - MUST RESIDE IN OR NEAR THE DALLAS/FT. WORTH AREA.** Primarily responsible for providing direct customer service, support analysis and issue resolution. This role will be focused on partnering with the internal teams to resolve customer service needs through proactive customer interactions.
