Customer Service Rep
TEKsystems
Description:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist with identifying customer needs and forwarding resolution opportunities to appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure purchase order fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners by providing exceptional customer service.
- Process orders and appointments accurately and in a timely manner to ensure on time and in full delivery.
- Ensure all information is entered accurately in the company database.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in supplemental files and our customer relationship management tool.
- Continuously learn and stay up to date on our customer products, facility standards, and policies / procedures
- Assist team members with client inquiries and requests.
- Work with management on assigned ad-hoc projects, research, and tasks.
Orders are mainly manual through EDI and over email
Will be tied to accounts once up and running, initially just help out
Could be CTH for right candidate especially if they are analytical
B2B experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry or B2B environment
- ERP/EDI skills
- Order processing exp
- Excellent telephone, email, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Positive attitude and strong team player
