Our client in Wilmington MA is seeking a Customer Services Rep to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1 year call center environment experience. **Must be bilingual - (English and Spanish)**
**Job Title:** Customer Services Rep
**Location:** Wilmington MA- **IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION**
**Pay Range:** $19 Hourly
**Shift :** 11:30AM-8PM - Sunday - Thursday
**Shift :** 7:00AM- 3:30PM- Tuesday-Saturday
What’s the Job?
+ Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
+ Handler customer complains in a calm, professional manner
+ Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
+ Process changes or cancellation to delivery orders
+ Other Administration duties
What’s Needed?
+ 1 year call center environment experience
+ Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
+ Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
