Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Business or Supply Chain Management preferred)
3 to 5 years of Customer Service and Production Planning experience
Experience in the automotive industry is a significant advantage
Supply chain certifications are desirable (e.g., CPIM or CSCP)
Ability to foster cooperation among team members and departments
Adaptable to rapid changes in a fast-paced environment
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficient administrative and record keeping skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SAP ERP, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Job Responsibilities:
Manage key customer accounts, providing updates on order status, net terms, and collections
Perform contract reviews including verification of terms, pricing, lead times; enter data into SAP ERP system
Acknowledge customer orders and update ASN capability per purchase order requirements
Generate weekly customer open order reports; close out short quantity orders in SAP
Collaborate with Customers/Finance to resolve invoice holds as necessary
Engage with NPI team on new products and processes implementation
Release customer orders for daily shipment within SAP system
Join cross-functional teams to address customer service issues effectively
Liaise with Shipping/Receiving ensuring timely material transaction
Partner with Sales Engineering to align on customer requirements and expectations
Monitor customer orders, plans, forecasts providing management with timely updates
Participate actively in daily production meetings and follow up on action items
Additional Information:
Must pass drug test and background check. This position is open to US Citizens or Green Card holders. The role requires an in-person interview process. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
