Customer Service Rep
**About the Role:** This position involves supporting advanced processes, automation solutions, and applied technologies for various industries. The ideal candidate is self-driven, capable of leading teams to achieve quality and productivity goals, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. **Position Details:** + **Assignment Type:** Temp to Perm + **Hours:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM + **Overtime:** Not required + **PPE/Dress Code:** N/A + **Position Highlights:** Opportunity for temp-to-perm placement **Core Responsibilities:** + Organize and review RFQs (requests for quotes). + Collaborate with customers and sales to meet product and quote requirements. + Develop and manage quotes with high accuracy. + Communicate quote status and support production planning. + Maintain accurate records and support various internal teams. + Perform other duties as required. **Qualifications:** + 5+ years of related customer service experience (preferably in aerospace). + Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). + Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. + Attention to detail and ability to work independently. **Education Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred). **Interview Process:** + In-person interviews; details will vary by candidate. **Pay Details:** $27.00 to $41.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
