Prologistix is Now Hiring a Customer Service Agent!!! 

Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm (Hours may vary)

Starting at $18/Hr Depending on experience.

Prologistix is seeking a dependable, motivated, and friendly customer service agent to join our growing team and provide top-notch service to our customers over the phone, in person, and using written communications. In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality service.  Previous experience is required as this customer service agent role will include (but are not limited to) case management, customer onboarding and relationship management, contract and dispute management, customer channel management and more.  Must have good organization and time management skills.
