This is a **full-time position and is on-site in Jennings, FL.** **What You’ll Do** The Welcome Center Representative provides assistance to walk-in customers at our client’s Welcome Centers. This is accomplished by understanding customer needs, determining the best course of action to resolve inquiries, and meeting or exceeding customer expectations. The role involves exercising independent thinking in meeting customer needs while adhering to operational business guidelines. + Assists Welcome Center visitors with inquiries regarding the SunPass Program + Advises travelers of the program's special features, toll rate calculations, and account maintenance efficiencies + Activates transponders, creates new accounts, updates, and adds funds to SunPass prepaid accounts using appropriate account access tools + Combines product knowledge, good work ethic, effective time management, and human relation skills to meet performance standards and positively influence the SunPass image + Prepares activity reports and provides feedback to assist with program improvements + Provides efficient and effective service to customers by using the appropriate course of action to meet or exceed their requests + Performs all job functions in a manner that will achieve compliance with established performance measures + Ability to create positive customer relationships by defusing angry and upset customers + Additional duties as assigned **What You'll Need** + Excellent verbal, written, communication, data entry, and PC skills + Strong analytical skills and ability to follow through on commitments + Ability to maintain composure working face to face with customers + Strong time management and organizational skills **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor \#LI-KW1 **Reasonable Accommodation Statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111. **Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement** It is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
