Description + Answer and manage high-volume incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers. + Resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner. + Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account management. + Assist customers in navigating processes, troubleshooting problems, and identifying solutions. + Document customer interactions and update account information in the company database. + Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated issues when necessary. + Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while managing sensitive situations. Requirements Experience: + Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or a call center environment is highly preferred. Skills: + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities. + Exceptional time management and organizational skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools (preferred but not required).
