**Customer Service & Quoting Specialist**
_Temp-to-Perm | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | No Overtime Required_
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven professional to support advanced processes, automation solutions, and applied technologies across various industries. The ideal candidate will take ownership of RFQ management, customer collaboration, and quote development while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Organize and review RFQs (Requests for Quotes).
+ Collaborate with customers and sales teams to meet product and quoting requirements.
+ Develop, manage, and maintain accurate quotes.
+ Communicate quote status and support production planning.
+ Maintain accurate records and assist internal teams as needed.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of related customer service experience (aerospace industry preferred).
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
+ High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
**Education:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).

**Pay Details:** $27.00 to $41.00 per hour
