**Job Posting: Customer Service Representative**
**Location:** Ashland, VA
**Job Type:** Full-Time
**Hours:** Flexible schedule required, must be available between **9:00 AM – 7:00 PM** , including some weekends
**Pay Rate:** $16 - $20 per hour (based on experience)
**Job Overview:** Adecco is seeking qualified candidates with a background and/or strong interest in outdoor sporting activities, retail, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable navigating multiple software programs in a fast-paced, cloud-based environment. We are looking for individuals who are committed, experienced, and a great cultural fit. This role requires both independent work and team collaboration to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to help and resolve inquiries.
+ Print, sort, and distribute new online orders for processing.
+ Assist with pulling and locating firearm orders for customer pickup.
+ Handle merchandise returns and manage UPS claims.
+ Assist with marketplace order fulfillment and communication.
**Essential Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to hear pages, phone conversations, and general announcements.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to move throughout the store as needed to complete tasks.
+ Ability to identify merchandise and read reports accurately.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
+ Strong eCommerce and online retail experience.
+ Sales-driven mindset with excellent customer service skills.
+ Ability to learn quickly and retain extensive product knowledge.
+ Outstanding phone etiquette and written communication.
+ Initiative-taking and initiative-taking, with strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a demanding environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new applications quickly.
+ Experience with marketplace retail sites and fulfillment processes (preferred).
+ Retail experience is a plus.

**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
