Customer Service Rep (Airline Parts & Repair) Location: Wichita, KS (67209) Job ID: #69355 Pay Range: $19-22 On-site work only Schedule: M-F, 7a-3:30p with some flexibility Must be a U.S. Person / Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder Preferred Qualifications - SAP Software experience Preferred a Associates (AA/AS) degree AND a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience In the absence of a (AA/AS) degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required THE COMPANY - Work with one of the World's Largest American Owned Aerospace and Technology companies. SUMMARY This position works directly with Airlines, Airline Maintenance and Repair Overhaul (MRO) facilities, & Brokers, providing support for their parts in the need of repair. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform duties related to overall customer service and account management: logistics, contract management, and customer relations • Effectively manage a large amount of written communication and data while complying with internal and external process. • Process Customer Repair orders and Quotes in accordance with Standard Work procedures, and when required, redirect queries to appropriate department or personnel. • Coordinate and create documentation of Receipt and Repair of Equipment necessary to comply with federal policies and current procedures. • Utilize enterprise system (SAP) to input or extract repair/material data. • Assists in interface with intra-company departments relative to warranty, credit, billing, etc. • Maintain knowledge of Company's organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers. • Consistently document customer service needs to identify patterns and maintain quality. • Position can require consistent movement. Tasks can include boxing and unboxing (up to 15 lbs).
