This employee communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determining ongoing and additional product/service needs, as well as supporting compliance to physician direction.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system Documents calls and intakes in computerized record keeping system (Productivity) Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
