The Customer Service Rep III will be asked to work with a variety of customers within the Medical Device business. This position will act as a liaison between Donaldson and the customers to ensure satisfaction. Candidates must have prior customer service experience, ideally focused in manufacturing.

This position will be based at our Bloomington, MN office.

Role Responsibilities:

Act as liaison between the customer and Donaldson for assigned customers on order management issues

Enter data for new orders, make changes to existing orders and complete required order acknowledgement and customer correspondence in order entry system.

Proactively investigate customer needs and anticipate order activity

Research customer requests or complaints regarding product availability, shipment , quantity, quality, delivery and lead - time.

Work closely with manufacturing plants regarding misses shipments, short lead time orders, forecasting, trends and customer concerns.

Coordinate efforts between sales, engineering, plants and shipping to fulfill customer requests in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in a Customer Service-related role

High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or higher

Previous Customer Service experience in Manufacturing

Experience with Oracle and MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook primarily)

Strong communication skills

Organization and time management skills are key to this role

Ability to adapt and pivot properly, especially in high-pressure situations

Hourly Pay Range: $24.10 - $30.10 depending on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.

This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.
