We offer a leading line of vegetable seed for growers in the United States and Eastern Canada. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings in our online shopping store, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish. * Key Responsibilities:* * Upload and manage product listings in our Seedway online shopping store, ensuring accurate item numbers, pack sizes and pricing. Regularly update product information to reflect current inventory and pricing updates. * Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery. Process orders by printing invoice, verifying credit card transactions, enter order into JD Edwards and marking order as shipped. Process credit card refunds using the WooCommerce platform accurately and efficiently. * Follow up on order preparation, coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams, and ensure timely delivery to customers. * Handle any issues related to orders, including delays, returns, exchanges, refunds, ensuring customer satisfaction. _ _ * Communicates with customers, salespersons, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints. Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and WooCommerce order notes. * Monitor customer accounts for fraudulent activity and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks. * Handle Account Management for sending reset passwords links to customers and update customer accounts for tax exemption types. * Maintains order master tracking spreadsheet, providing the cash application department order information allowing customer account balances to be updated daily. * Operates office machines such as photocopiers, printers, and personal computers. * Qualifications:* * Normally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof, and 1 – 3 years or more of clerical related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency and Microsoft Office programs. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. * Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. * Why Join Us?* * Excellent benefits. * Health and safety-focused environment. * A dynamic team-oriented atmosphere.
