Customer Service Rep - Logistics/Recycling

The Recycling Customer Service Representative acts as the key point of contact between the customer, logistics companies, and suppliers by managing the internal and external movement of recycled materials.

Schedules the collection of recyclable material from DS Smith packaging facilities Works with freight carriers to source and coordinate the scheduling of pick-ups and deliveries to/from the DS Smith facilities or to external customers Looks for ways to improve Logistics performance in terms of price and quality Investigates and resolves price discrepancies and other customer concerns Maintains KPI reports

Ideal candidate must possess at least two years of the following:

Previous experience in logistics and/or transportation planning Previous experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Previous experience in business-to-business Customer Service
