Customer Service Rep-(Temp) Moorpark CA
Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative assist our customers by processing orders, preparing correspondence, answering phones, and fulfill customer inquiries with a goal to maintain customer satisfaction. This is a REMOTE role, taking place in the Moorpark, CA area. Temp position expecting to last 6-9 months with possibility for permanent work thereafter.

More details about the opportunity:

Following up on orders and keeping customers informed. e.g. scheduled ship date, backorder status, part number, and description clarification

Provide quotations, lead time, RMAs.

Provide accurate, relevant, complete account notation in CRM.

Able to work a flexible schedule during peak call times.

Working with internal and external customers.

Other requirements for this position:

High school diploma.

Three (3) plus years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Customer facing role or related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Salesforce a must.

Shift:

1st shift, with OT and various other hours required during peak season.

Pay:

Starting at $23/hr, DOE.

Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
