Customer Service Rep - Up To 19 An Hr - Onsite Greenfield WI
Our client is seeking a motivated Client Service Representative to provide exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment. Position Details: + Job Title: Client Service Representative / Associate + Location: Greenfield, Wisconsin + Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour + Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM + Contract Length: 4 months (Contract-to-Hire) Key Responsibilities: + Greet patients and assist with inquiries regarding products and services. + Open new patient accounts and process sales transactions through the computer system. + Take payments for cash sales and/or process insurance billing, including gathering prescriptions and necessary documents from physicians. + Offer additional products to customers based on their needs and preferences. + Accurately enter order information into the computer system and process orders in a timely manner. + Provide support by fitting compression garments and orthopedic braces to patients. + Manage incoming orders and inventory of compression garments and related products. Required Skills & Qualifications: + Must-Have Skills: + Proven customer service experience, preferably in a face-to-face setting. + Strong data entry skills with a typing speed of 40+ WPM and a high degree of accuracy. + Comfortable handling sensitive information, including patient details. + Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and technology. + Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, and Teams). + Nice-to-Have Skills: + Previous experience in healthcare or insurance billing. + Bilingual in Spanish and English. + CNA or related healthcare experience.
