key responsibilities Performs a variety of full-service customer service representative duties to support the paying and receiving function of the community office of which the following are illustrative Places memo posts on accounts when necessary. Balances cash drawer accurately and efficiently according to branch policy and compares totaled amounts to Integrated teller total. Reports malfunctions of teller machines and other equipment used at the customer service station. May be required to balance and/or service ATM machines Receives and processes mortgage, consumer loan and other payments. Generates customer receipts. qualifications High School Diploma or GED Preferred minimum of six (6) months of cash handling and/or customer service experience.  Ability to work all shifts including day shifts and Saturday's.
