**Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)**
**Location: 77070**
**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
**Hourly Pay:** $15 to $17 per hour (depending on experience)
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and friendly **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to join our team! As a CSR, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience by offering product and service information, resolving issues, and processing orders efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Interact with customers via phone, email, or live chat
+ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
+ Provide accurate information about our products and services
+ Resolve customer issues and process orders in a timely manner
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
+ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
**Requirements:**
+ Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
+ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
+ Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
+ Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
+ Detail-oriented and organized
