Seeking a customer service rep to join our team in Golden Valley! This is a tight knit call center team that is looking for a customer service oriented individual who wants to learn and grow. You do not need to have prior call center experience to be considered. Looking for personable candidates with great soft skills. Description Answer 80-100 inbound calls from customers Schedule appointments for customers to service vehicles Make outbound calls to follow up with guests post appointment Update customer information in internal system Provide high level or customer service This position can start fairly quickly within the next 2 weeks.
